A booking deposit of RM500 per night secures your dates — RM500 for 1 night, RM1,000 for 2 nights, and so on.
The balance is due 14 days before check-in. If you book less than 7 days before your stay, the balance is due 3 days before check-in.

All BBQ tools are provided. Guests bring their own charcoal and BBQ net (2" × 3").

There is no lifeguard on duty at the swimming pool. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times while using the pool. The management shall not be held responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, loss or incidents that occur during your stay or while using the pool.
Please inspect the house carefully upon check-in and report any issues immediately. Our staff are on duty until 6:00 PM; after that, any complaints, maintenance requests or assistance may take longer to attend to.
Any illegal activity — including but not limited to the use or possession of illegal drugs, prostitution, gambling or other unlawful conduct — is strictly prohibited on the premises. Guests found engaging in such activities will be required to leave immediately without a refund, and the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities.
Pets are not allowed on the premises. Guests are also prohibited from bringing or consuming durian or other strong-smelling foods inside the property, as these odours are difficult to remove and affect the comfort of future guests.
